Bulwell Santa Run 2026 – Terms & Conditions

By booking a place at the Bulwell Santa Run 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

​

1. Event Details
The Bulwell Santa Run 2026 is organised by Runspire Together and takes place on Sunday 6 December 2026. Participants can run, walk or Nordic walk the event.

​

2. Entry Fees
Entry is £8.50 per adult, £6.00 per child or £21.50 for a Family of 4 ticket.

A Family of 4 ticket is valid for either:

• 2 adults and 2 children, or

• 1 adult and 3 children.

Places are subject to availability.

3. Children
Anyone under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate. Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult throughout the event.

​

4. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to take part. If you have any concerns about your ability to participate, you should seek appropriate professional advice before taking part.

​

5. Safety
All participants must follow instructions from Runspire Together staff, event leaders, volunteers and marshals. Participants should show consideration for other participants and members of the public.

​

Runspire Together reserves the right to prevent or remove someone from participating where their behaviour presents a safety risk to themselves or others.

​

6. Changes to the Event
For safety reasons or circumstances outside our reasonable control, Runspire Together may change the route, start time, event format or other arrangements.

If severe weather or another significant issue makes it unsafe to proceed, the event may be postponed or cancelled. Participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Refunds & Transfers
Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Runspire Together and an alternative date or suitable alternative cannot be provided.

Places may not be transferred to another person without prior agreement from Runspire Together.

​

8. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Runspire Together cannot accept responsibility for personal items that are lost, stolen or damaged, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

​

9. Photography & Video
Photography and filming may take place during the event for Runspire Together's promotional and communications purposes. Information will be available on how to let the event team know if you or a child in your care should not be photographed.

​

10. Personal Information
Personal information collected as part of your registration will be handled in accordance with Runspire Together's privacy and data protection policies and applicable UK data protection law.

​

11. Liability
Running, walking and Nordic walking involve an element of risk. Runspire Together will take reasonable steps to organise and deliver a safe event, but participants remain responsible for taking reasonable care of themselves and others.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Runspire Together's liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

12. Agreement
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to follow reasonable event and safety instructions.
