We’re so glad you’ve signed up and we can’t wait to meet you! You’re now part of a friendly and supportive community that’s all about getting active, having fun and inspiring others. Our Wellness Walks take place every These relaxed walks are a great way to enjoy the outdoors, meet new people and take some time for your wellbeing.

Expect a welcome email shortly, so please keep an eye on your inbox and check your spam folder just in case. You will receive a welcome email within 2 working days for the session you selected. If you need to make any changes to your booking, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

​

When you arrive, please come a few minutes early so we can welcome you and introduce you to the group. Our walks are friendly and relaxed, with no pressure to walk fast, and plenty of opportunity to chat along the way.

​

6 Week Discover Nordic walking courses (Gedling country park, Arnold, and Derby) are £15 for the 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks it's just £3 per session. 

​

Nottingham City sessions, ( Bulwell, Strelley, and Colwick Country Park) the first 10 sessions are free, supported by Travel Well, helping people in the community get active and enjoy the benefits of walking together. After your first 10 sessions, the cost is just £2 per session for wellness walks and £3 for Nordic walking. Runspire sessions are supported by a team of friendly volunteers who are passionate about helping people get active and feel welcome. Many of them started exactly where you are now, so they understand what it feels like to try something new. They help create the positive Runspire atmosphere and make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported.
